Subscriber's Handbook

SINGLE TICKET BUYERS: Do not use this form. To exchange a single ticket purchase, please call the box office at 713-524-6706. A $5 exchange fee will apply to exchange your reservation.

MST offers free ticket exchanges to its SUBSCRIBERS. All exchanges are subject to seat availability. Exchange requests must be received at least 2 hours before curtain time for your ticketed performance. We will honor all exchange requests based on email time stamp, even if read after the 2 hour deadline.

Please complete the following form and press “Submit.” If there is an upgrade due (please see the Subscriber Handbook, you must have a credit card on file with the box office. If there is a problem with payment, the box office will contact you.

Tickets exchanged more than 7 days prior to the performance date will be mailed. Tickets exchanged within 7 days or less from the performance date will be held at will call for pickup.
