Flexible ticket exchanges are one of the best benefits to becoming a subscriber! Please visit our MainStage Subscription Page or our Theater for Youth Subscription Page for more information.

  • Tickets may be exchanged for Main Street Theater Performances, subject to availability, at least 2 hours prior to curtain time for the ticketed performance. A fee of $5.00 per order will apply. (Waived for Subscribers)
  • Single Tickets may ONLY be exchanged for future performances of the same production.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged once the production has closed, and all exchanges must happen prior to the performance listed on the ticket.
  • No ticket exchanges will be handled at the Will Call Desk during the 60 minutes before curtain time.
  • No ticket exchanges on Groups Ticket purchases.
Exchanges to a more expensive performance require payment of the difference at the time of the exchange.

Late Seating

  • Late seating is not guaranteed.
  • Late seating is permitted at the sole discretion of the house manager at designated “late seating windows” during the performance.
  • Latecomers will be seated in the nearest available seats and will be permitted to move to their ticketed seats at intermission.
  • Latecomers who cannot be accommodated may, at that time, receive a free exchange to a future performance of the same production, or receive passes to attend a future performance.

Please call the Box Office at 713-524-6706 with any questions.
